  • Orders placed through this website are subject to restaurant availability, operating hours, and menu offerings.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All prices shown include applicable taxes (IVA) and are in Mexican pesos unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment can be made online through the available payment methods or, where applicable, upon delivery.
  • Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact the restaurant directly if needed.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The platform and participating restaurants are not responsible for delays outside their control.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

4. Refunds and Complaints

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of the restaurant and/or the platform based on the nature of the complaint.
  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Use of the Platform

  • You agree to use this platform lawfully and respectfully. Misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Liability

  • The platform is not liable for any issues with food quality, allergies, incorrect orders, or service delays caused by third-party restaurants or couriers.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and allergy information where available.

7. Operating in Mexico

  • This platform complies with applicable Mexican laws and consumer protection regulations.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled under the jurisdiction of the relevant authorities in Mexico.
